Ok I'm really digging this tool and I noticed one thing if you try to use those triming settings and then import you'll get some wacky results I noticed it's best to not change the start end timing leave it default. Then in Maya in the attribute channel just offset your vid ref to sync up with whatever your doing and your golden noticed it's fast and light vs the vid and it constantly trying to cached.
