The best investment one can do right now is investing on Forex trading though stocks are good but ever since I swapped to Forex, I've seen so much difference

Consider revisiting your take on savings in a bank. A "healthy for you" emergency fund is peace of mind. We don't pay commissions on any of our savings/money market accounts. Researching one's options (and there are many now) is important. Also, consider your audience is likely a mix of ages, genders, etc. A "one size fits all or most" isn't the answer in my opinion. I do appreciate your overall perspective - be proactive, do your due diligence, and plan.

You make it sound like poor people just waste there money.and if they did this that and the other they would be rich your station in life is education and opportunity I myself have a GED 27 years ago I walked into the perfect company that stressed learning .I got certified in horticulture and spent 27 years honing my skills not every poor person has a way to transfer there job into opportunity so when you title poor people need to do this remember you've never walked in the shoes of a poor person

Real estate has created more millionaires than any other asset class in American history. It appreciates at 3-8 percent a year and if its a rental it pays a dividend rate of 8-15 percent a year. that's a 11-23 percent return a year. Good luck getting that kind of return in the stock market or with bonds.

ok you lost me at "the average american household wastes $20, 000 per year on food"--please, where did you get those numbers? That's $1600 a month that the "average american household" is throwing away? how many average american households spend $1600 a month on food--unless you are eating out every meal and throwing most of it away for a family of 4--that is ridiculous
