I agree with everything said, but will add something: For beginners (like me), trying other brands just might give you a MASSIVE caffeine boost that you won't be able to shake for like 24 hours lol. I had to switch back to this brand and it's way better. Still a nice boost with some focus but without making me want to check into an asylum like the others do

i dont know if its because im just getting into yerba, but when i drink cruz de malta, i do get a lot of grassy smokiness. but im also able to pick up a small amount of smooth citric and flourencent flavors underneath. i also dont really measure my tempurature so it could also be because im brewing too high.

After watching a million of your videos you inspired me to try some, just using a tea infuser and normal mug for now though

So I tried this as my first mate to try as you recommended and I really liked it. A bit bitter at first but by like sip 8-9 I was able to appreciate it's earthy yet light tea like flavor. after a second pour I found a ever so slight sweetness very subtle. Now let's talk the energy and feel from caffeine, the feeling is way better than ☕ coffee. The only way I can describe it is it's def a clean calm energy no jittery feeling to that note maybe if I kept chugging but if you take your time I feel it's the perfect dose of caffeine in every refill.excited to try canarias serena next. Also quick question if I may if I make a mate take a break after a pour or two how long is that mate good for in the gourd before I need to put new mate leaves in the gord thank you
