1. You are doing high bar squat like a low bar squat. Try to keep your torso straight, chest out. 2. Your low bar squat bar placement is correct, but the degree of forward lean is way too much. Think about balance, weight on mid-foot at all times. I would recommend getting coached by someone experienced in Olympic lifts to coach you. From there it's very easy to tweak and improvise to best suit your structure and purpose.

Your high bar is wrong . The dang bar is nearly inline with your toes when you squat . Chest up higher .. your gonna fight with lower back trying to go back up. damn trainer needs training

You are completely fking up both variations. Your low bar squat is a lower back killer. too much leaning forward
