Whoever did the exit poll should be congratulated. It was pretty much spot on.

What did May expect she didn't even turn up to debate on TV.

I have to say I gasped when I saw that 266 figure for Labour. How is it possible that Jeremy Corbyn's Labour, about to split and crumble months ago manage to gain seats! What an incredible comeback! Though I suspect it's more of May's poor strategy.

God damn it! Give Britain an actual leader in Corbyn and not Theresa May!

According to that poll, a Labour-led coalition is barely possible, that is if SNP, LB, PC, GRN, SDLP and SF are happy to join in, and no one but the DUP are happy to side with the Tories.

The first exit poll was a hung parliament wasn't it?

Being Conservatives supporters David Dimbleby and Laura Kuennsberg were gutted for the rest of this programme.Brilliant

What an absolute waste of time 2017 -2019 was. This year's general election has almost put us where we should have been if Boris had taken the reigns of power in 2016.

Will be amazed if this is correct. Pound slid down to $1.27: £1 which gives you an idea of what the market think of Corbyn

I'm not a leftie, but I would trust Corbyn more than May. She reminds me of Thatcher, even though this was before my time

If Larry the cat was a British short hair, none of this would have happened. The public would have voted for May.

'Jeremy Corbyn gained seats so he won!' No, Theresa May remains PM. Labour lost (3 times in a row now).

Better than watching Portillo lose his seat and that was good
