Lansman "student politics, " along with momentum behind the scene conniving tactics, have made a mockery of the labour movement. Long overdue, from Alan Johnson on top form

I think what labour needs is the best person to be leader of the opposition, not it has to be a black person or it has to be a woman, look at the lib dems.. Just need the best person pure and simple.

Momentum seem like a cult for posh middle class peeps. Loved the quote about Labour increasing its vote in Putney with its 700k average house price 😏🤣🤣
Yep Jon your keeping it real with the working class alright 🙈
Landsman the puppet master just doesn't get it .

To everyone in Momentum:
Please do not give up. Please do not go away. Don't listen to Alan Johnson. We need you to keep going.

So you can help keep Labour out of power for another decade. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

spot on.
Return to a more sensible New Labour type stance except this time don't invade countries on lies and don't fling open the borders. Simple stuff really.

"Oh, Jeremy Corbyn"! Here's a life-time Labour supporter who winced every time it was chanted. "five more years(in the wilderness)", would have always been more appropriate.

Labour's downfall began with choosing Ed instead of David in 2010 - they are accelerating towards the abyss, if they go for Wrong-Bailey.

Labours key support is no longer the working class man it is now the urban middle class student. Who have just been exposed to socialist ideology. Labour need to go closer to the centre ground and have a electable leader. momentum is to blame.

I absolutely agree with him. Labour has lost the working class

If you read social media it would seem that everybody in the (exaggerated) or at least the large majority are in favour of socialist/Marxist policy’s. However as the saying goes just because there are 6 crickets under a hedge making a loud noise, it does not mean there aren’t other creatures in the hedge. This is true of the voting public. A few people make the all noise but because they shout loudest does not mean they represent the views of everybody.

The general voting public were not fooled by Socialist/Marxist policy’s, they didn’t work for Lenin, they didn’t work for labour in the 70’s and they knew there was nothing to suggest they would work now!

What’s Scary is Labour MPs like Liam Byrne ( Hogdehill ) Birmingham are still down to attend these Momentum meetings after the election So Labour is NOT going to change and will never learn from its mistakes !

When I think labour I think working and middle classes wanting a fairer system and society

When I think “momentum” I think a bunch of middle class Londoners / uni kids sipping coconut milk cappuccino
