JBL's have the best sound by far, but I'm on my 2nd set within a year because of charging issues.

Ive always used jbl earbuds but not anymore. Sound is the best but the charging problems render them useless. I would rather spend $100 more on an inferior product that is worse quality but be able to actually charge and use them. What a shame.

when i put my buds back to its case the light on the case only lights up, not my buds. I used hydrogen peroxide instead hoping for best results of eliminating the dirt on both of the contacts but it still wouldn't work. The same also goes for charging.

What if they are brand new and not charging? That doesn't seem like it would be a problem with needing to be cleaned

You should be ashamed about the Tune Beam model. I bought 2 pairs for me and my wife, both new and both with connection problems, charging problems. Sometimes only one gets connected, sometimes left or right doesn't charge, sometimes they randomly get connected and disconnected while they are on their case. All these after the factory's update. You should simply be ashamed. Never a Jbl again in my house and i will be sure to inform everyone i know about your problematic products.

Right bud is dead.
Before it, it was showing some hard time to recharge.
The case isn't the problem here, both sides measured 5V.

How can I bring it up the dead one? Did someone succeed on this?

Mine are Brand new and the left one just won't charge. It's a bummer.

Great advice. This resolved the problem. I was so close to throwing my 4 month old Tune Flex away!

I can charge my earbud to 100%, and 20 minutes later, they are completely empty.😢
I would not recommend it.

had to send my soundgear sense buds back to amazon after just a couple of months since one of them stopped charging. I had the same problem with my old apple buds so i immediately took care of these since day 1 making sure they were clean and dry after every usage. I almost use them for working out only and i do sweat a lot but as i said ive used microfiber cloth since day 1 and still one of them stopped charging.

Will you just fix your charging design it can’t be that hard. Clearly everyone who buys your earbuds has issues with the charging. There are plenty of earbuds that don’t have this problem

I have jbl flex outbof the box, ive used the initial charge from the case and the buds, after the initial charge, the right buds is not charging, both it from the us but now im in the philippines already, ive only used for 3hrs

Well I tried this, it does work but I might have a problem now, I cleaned with the eraser on my pencil but now there’s small pieces of eraser material in between the charging pins I tried to get out with a needle and still didn’t work however I don’t know if this might be an issue since they still charge fine now

Any idea for earbud case ... Case is not charging properly after few minutes charging light is not blinking. Very disappointed.

Really you need to just fix this issue because everybody is having it. The first pair of mine that stopped charging I assumed it was something that I did. But now I’m on my second pair that have stopped charging and it’s ridiculous. I wish I would have just bought AirPods to begin with.
