How to Reset JBL Charge 5 ?

This helps so much with kicking off people from my speaker that were connected previously. I use it at work and sometimes ill let them use it but they stay connected and then my phone becomes secondary and they keep interupting my music over theirs. 🙄 hehe now they wont be able to 😁

This didnt work for me BUT finally fixed it !! Hold the Power and Bluetooth both for 10 Sec and it will turn off and on as it should

Thank you ! This is helpful, I realise the jbl app can cause some errors 👀 maybe there's a bug in the updates.. i factory reset it and now its working fine

Thank it's charging now every once in a while it won't charge so I have to reset it

I only used mine a few times, at first it was loud, now it's not so loud and I don't know why, except being junk.

Can this reset make sound worser then orginal in charge 5?

Didn’t work.

But sth else worked for me.

Put it on, Press down the volume + and play button > together for few seconds till it turns Off (you’ll see the circular white lights). Turn it On again and it’ll come up, automatically.

Now, delete that jbl app for now, it has bugs that needs to be fixed.
