Hi! Mi JBL Go 2 speaker does not charge (red light does not turn on). I have tried most of the reset solutions found in youtube but none of them seems to work. Do you have any solution I could use? I would appreciate your help

Thanks for sharing, I tried this but it doesn't work, it never turns off no matter how long i press those 2 buttons.

Thank you, this worked, i was worried because my jbl go 3 was able to connect to my s10 plus but not my laptop and doing this helped my laptop to discover my jbl go 3 again

The sound cuts out on mine randomly with cellular data. Wonder how common this is? JBL exchanged it for me. Charging and connection were fine.
