Verbal Prompt Task Analysis:
Washing Dishes:
1. Grab Sponge
2. Turn on Sink and check water temperature
3. Wet Sponge and apply dish detergent
4. Lather sponge with water and hands until soapy
5. Grab a dirty item from the sink and rinse first
6. Use your sponge to scrub the front, back, and all sides of the item
7. Rinse off item and place on drying rack or on a towel
8. Repeat for all dirty items in sink
9. Be sure to notice any dirty spots on items and scrub until they are no longer there
10. Turn off the water and put sponge away

YOU ARE WASTING LOTS OF WATER, YOU ARE NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR WATER CONSERVATION.

I do it this way, except I use a small bin of dish water set on the side of of the sink (just a little warer and small drop of soap), for the dish cloth only (no sponge for me), and I turn off the water while washing. Also, if you have a sprayer hose faucet, you can spray rince a bunch of dishes all at once in a few seconds instead of rinssing them one at a time and wasting even more water.

I would fill the sink with a little water use that to scrub the dishes with then rinse. That being said wonderful video and great reason for it

The technique is solid--except for leaving the water running, and running, and running . . . The dishes can all be briefly rinsed, the water turned off, the dishes scrubbed, and then all rinsed and far less water would be used. I urge you to consider a re-make.

You are wasting a lot of water! Turn off the water! You could rinse the soiled dishes in a tub full of water instead of letting the water run!

This is how I do it. I don’t throw the dirty dishes in a bath together.
