Is this the right content for the computer science GCSE exam in 2018? I'm having to self-teach using the Edexcel textbook as I'm doing it as an extra GCSE, but the fixed point and floating point binary is not in it?

Shouldn't Unicode be 2^16 (for 16 bits) which around 65, 000 characters and not 120, 000+ characters ? 13:00
