The assembly code part was slightly confusing, but there was a question in a past paper similar in the context of a baby alarm. This helped me to understand it quite well after watching a few times over.

please can you stop referring to things as hashtags. Hashtags are a specific form of markup code used on the internet. It is simply a hash which is generally taken to mean a literal number.
