I think this video is horrible! Such a way to manipulate people. Theres many reasons why a person can be unhappy, It doesn't always have to be because of the weight . Adele said oppenly that that was for her husband, she didnt love him (just listen to her latest album) plus she has/had depression.
And she just said that the weight lost was a way to be entertainning in the quarantine.
