Smartphone addiction is a common issue, but achievers like us know the real deal. You turned a seemingly boring YouTube video topic into something revolutionary. Flow follows focus, and focus is fragile. Treat focus as sacred. Every time you check your phone, you are voting for who controls your attention. Make no mistake, this is a war.

1. Turn off all notifications—no pop-ups, no red dots.
2. Move all messaging apps to an "Inbox" folder and drag it to the last page.
3. Turn off "Raise to Wake" and "Always On Display" (Uff, what a relief!).
4. Remove all app icons and widgets; limit to four apps on the screen maximum.
* (Note: Every app is either an asset or a liability.)
5. Kill the color—turn on grayscale.
6. No phone until noon (Flow before phone).
7. Your phone is a tool, not the other way around.
8. Use a desktop more than your phone.
9. Turn off your phone and put it in another room.

I hope this can help me. However, even though we often only talk about social media or phone addiction, the problem often extends to unhealthy behaviour on laptops and computers aswell. For example it's so easy to achive the same highs and waste the same amounts of time on youtube and watching shows or what not on the pc.
