These are actually not fakes, most of these products are straight from the manufacturers as well, the only thing is that these units are simply over runs that apple does not need and did not go through quality control, meaning these are units that have been licensed by apple to be manufactured but simply an excess, thus the manufacturers (or sometimes employees) simply chose to sell them at a lower cost, instead of simply disposing them.

Those companies, who sell very quality fakes, are actually manufacturers of those earbuds and selling Apple originals with few minor defects in hardware. And these are actually good.
