I have been playing a guitar for long time but theoretically i know nothing so i tried to find in youtube those are hundreds if not thousands only make confused us i mean not precise like MFGuitar. Man, I watched so many videos trying to understand the application of these rhythm notations to an instrument and not one video clearly explained it. Yes, every video told me the 'meaning' of the symbols and how to decipher the 4/4 or 2/8 but no one really APPLIED it, which you did with your claps and it was just perfect, I finafuckinly understood this concept.
