I got ringworm as a child. My aunt used lime to clean it...burned like crazy but it definitely got rid of it quickly.

In India we use lemon/lime with water as a handwash at some family restaurant... Its a old practice and kinda rare now

Here in the Philippines we usually drink lime juice in a lukewarm water with a small sugar on it. It will help if you have cough.

If you want to keep your fresh fruit longer, squeeze lime juice over it. It doesn’t noticeably affect the taste but for a small extra flavor boost and you have the benefit of the germs eradicated😮😊❤

I work for Chipotle, and imagining this happening every time I put lemon/lime juice in the cilantro is satisfying. This video helped me better visualize what I'm doing and why it's important. It's called maceration and is very important in the culinary arts.
