Stress test, Torture test, benchmark and gaming test on my son's gaming PC - 2 FAR TECH Method

In this video we do a quick explanation of the stress test, torture test, benchmarks and gaming test performed on our first build. This PC build was for my son for his birthday. It was build using used PC components.

We performed the tests to ensure this PC can perform long term. And we are showing it here so that we can explain how we will test our future gaming PC builds.

Beyond the standard number, we also use Power meter to measure the electrical load placed by the components. This helps us understanding if the PC components are operating normally. It gives us the idea whether the components are exceeding the power capability of the PSU.

We also use thermometers to measure the temperature inside the cpu case. We monitor the temperature in front of the CPU fan so we know the efficiency of the intake fans that brings cool air to the CPU cooler under stress. This highlights the flaw in the design of the air flow system for the PC.

Long term performance, stability and reliability of the PC is not determined by the number of RGB fans, but by the fans that direct cool air to the CPU and GPU heat-sinks or fans.

All the figures noted from power and temperature measurements are tabulated and analysed to understand any potential weakness in the design and development of the PC.
