Making a Real Mess of Things

The plaintiff rented a townhouse to the defendant. He says he ultimately had to evict her because her checks kept bouncing. He says the house was badly damaged and the defendant left large buckets of urine inside. He’s suing for rent and damages. The defendant argues she doesn’t owe him anything. She claims the plaintiff is only suing her because he wants to remodel his house.

The way she acts in court you can easily get a sense that she’s vindictive thus one can inferred that she breaking window, scratch the floor, pee in buckets, etc. to get back to her ex-landlord. She’s one of those tenants from hell who doesn’t pay and think she can live for rent free.
