The plaintiff says she and her mother hired the defendant to sell some of their antiques, but they allege the defendant is keeping too much of the money. They’re suing for what they claim they’re owed. The defendant says she paid the annoying plaintiff every penny owed per the contract.

Then, the plaintiff says he hired the defendant to install granite countertops in his new kitchen, but the defendant hacked up his cabinets so badly that it voided the warranty. He’s suing for what he’s owed. The defendant says the plaintiff went cheap on cabinets and things didn’t fit, but the plaintiff’s wife told him to do whatever he needed to install the counter.

When the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, so they just sue the contractor and make it all his fault. 🤣🤣🤣

Wow, the first plaintiff is extremely difficult to listen to. All that whining, for what? The company clearly told you that most of your items had no value.

The last case he called on the way out in the hallway. How rude he doesn't even know Doug's name.🙄

12:47 Plaintiff: Can I speak cause she’s been speak the whole time?
JM: Yes, then process to not let plaintiff say anything but yes and reverts back to defendant. The plaintiff was hard to deal with but that is a judges job. She wouldn’t let the plaintiff respond to anything the defendant said after 10:10 so more than half of the 21:40 case.
If the company gets to keep 50% when your item takes longer than 60 days to sell, of course they’re going to make it take longer than 60 days to sell. This is why you should just sell your items yourself and you can sell cheaper than market value cause all money will go in your pocket. Company prob makes up receipts for less than what they actually sell items for so they can keep more $$ anyways. — JM is usually not this bad so she must have been in a bad mood this day.
