You can just factor out 20 at the beginning:
20x² - 17x - 63 = 20(x² - (17/20)x - 63/20) = 20(x - 9/4)(x + 7/5)

I using sharp EL-W531S how to change x=non-terminating decimal into improper fraction in quadratic eq for the calculator, I cant solve the eq because of this stupid thing, PLS REPLY ASAP!!!!
