But not saturated fats? Because they are still being demonized. Hydrogenated fats/trans fats are in highly processed foods like doughnuts, baked goods, etc which are usually combined with a lot of sugar so this makes sense what you’re saying. It’s like a double whammy. Hydrogenated fats and saturated fats are very different.
