A+ is much more recognized and more in demand for IT Support positions, since that is an exam. Google IT support is 'online exam' that you can take multiple times, in the privacy of your home (read - you can cheat)
Between Google IT support and Comptia, I would suggest both, since you get more useful knowledge. You even get that dual-badge if you finish both.
