Blender 3.5 is Finally Here!

Blender got a big upgrade! There are massive improvements to rendering, animation, sculpting, geometry nodes, and so much more. With so many updates and features being added, I had to share some of the newest and most exciting aspects with you all. That way you can make an informed decision as to whether or not updating to Blender 3.5 is worth.

This was an excellent overview, thank you! I'm pretty excited about the quick fur and the faster cloth simulations. I struggled with the new geometry node-based system, honestly. I'm just not super great with them yet. So having a quick fur and asset library full of easy to use nodes is just ... chef's kiss. Really happy with all of these updates!

Im still waiting for a Lighting option C4D has that allows you to ignore certain surfaces/meshs. made lighting multiple characters ALOT easier.

Blender 3.4 was plagued with hard crashes for me. I thought Blender 3.5 would do the trick but it didn't help at all. 3.6 Alpha has surprisingly been the most stable of all for me. I'm just doing some basic animation pipeline stuff with linked characters and environments. At least I found a decent solution for now.
