So eevee next is finally here.
Edit: the bloom feature is now in the compositor... Just like cycles. Thats a big downgrade if you ask me. Hopefully it gets fixed.

I wish developers would focus more on substantial improvements rather than just tweaking the UI in the last few versions of Blender. The menus are fine as they are. What we really need are updates to Cycles and useful modeling tools, similar to the push and pull features in 3ds Max. Additionally, developers should consider implementing the new ReSTIR path tracing method in Cycles, which is now a key focus for Unreal Engine and NVIDIA. Let's prioritize meaningful enhancements over cosmetic changes.

As shown in your screenshot Bloom has been removed from the Evee render panel but can be enabled by using the Glare post process effect.

the export FBX is my favorite feature, and could we all pls make some noise that they make it possible to select bones with eye dropper? thats so dumb if u wane chose a bone as ur pole target or any other bone constraint funktion etc. u have to know how the bone is called and select in in the properties, why not simply choosing it with eye dropper?
