I worked as a research assistant as an undergraduate student at Indiana University with the internationally renowned botanist, Dr. Charles Heiser PhD. He studied the origins of commercially important plants including hot peppers, sunflowers, and tomatillos. We worked on hybrids of Capsicum annulus pequin, a pepper used in commercial hot sauce manufacturing. They were rated up to 60, 000 Scoville units which is way hot! Some of the habeñeros and ghost peppers you grow and harvest are even hotter! I had to wear latex gloves and wash my hands thoroughly before touching anything delicate! My Dad sampled a pepper while visiting unknowing how hot they were. I'll never forget how red his bald head and face got, nor his statement that anything that hot should be "illegal" ! Your video reminded me of the fun I had pollinating pepper flowers with a fine paint brush nearly 50 years ago when I was in college. I smiled thinking about my Dad's pepper foul! He's gone now, so thanks for creating a video that brought back a great memory including him! Great video content, and amazing colors!

You should set up a fall themed selfie photo op with one of the big pumpkins outside the market. A little hay bale to sit on, some smaller pumpkins and gourds, corn stalks.. it would be so cute!
