We have developed a quick and easy way to get a detailed snapshot of an individual's movement patterns, muscular asymmetries, mobility issues, and predictors of injury while training.
We use this tool with ALL of our online custom programming subscribers to fully assess and develop a customized training program to fit their needs.
We have pulled information from the FMS (Functional Movement Screen) testing protocol, the BSA (Back Squat Assessment) testing protocol, and various functional movement patterns.
