I make my beetroot and ginger, ACV, squeezed lemon jiuce and honey 🍯 once ive drank that i get washed and dressed with my wellies on and its off for a brisk 5 kilometer walk across the rice fields with my four dogs where i live in Thailand rain wind or sun headphones on fully focused 🙏SA Tu 🌄

Excellent 4 keys to concentrate on. You described my morning. I start my day with a long walk with my dogs and I spend that time thinking about what I'm grateful for and I think about what I need to focus on that day. I enjoy your channel very much.

Movement is what I do intentionally every morning when I wake up. I squart, I bend my knees, I do stretching exercises. I will practise the other three form now onwards. Thank you!
