Fix Nvidia Highlights Shadowplay: Not Recording/Recording Wrong Monitor

This short video shows you how to fix issues with Nvidia Highlights Shadowplay not recording at all, or it recording the wrong monitor during clips. You may notice that with highlights enabled, there will be a temporary black screen in between search and destroy rounds, turn off highlights to fix this.

I can only get Shadowplay to record audio, but no video lol...

Switching the primary monitor back and forth fixed it for me, thanks! I knew that was my issue as soon as I saw recordings being generated for my "Notepad" application... lol

its only recording sticks and collaterals on multiplayer, but it records everything on warzone

i have Nvidia record enabled but my problem is the clip is frozen and i can hear the gameplay audio tho the clip is just frozen i tried fixing but no luck ? any suggestion

My highlights are recording wrong. Like zoomed in not showing the whole screen.

so the game in the highlights section doest show for warzone 2 i thought it was bugged or something went through hella vids and he said to enable in game and warzone 2 doesnt have that option i tried warzone 1 and i was able to get the highlights working.... anyone have the same issue with warzone 2?

HELP!!
no idea what happened.. but long story short.. i have the samsung 49 inch 5k ultra wide monitor.

Nvidia use to record fine and show highlight previews when i click on highlights.

Now for some wierd reason it doesnt show the preview in the clip icon.. i click the grey icon and no replay is available.. but i can save them. When i go to the folder i saved them in and open the video, its pink and green and a really crappy quality video too and it records my whole desktop too. Ohh forgot to mention i play it in window mode not full screen.. but never had an issue with it before.

Any suggestions on this issue?

Ive un installed and re installed geforce experience.
