I agree with all the comments here; those products mentioned don't have active ingredients to clear up acne but yes those are great for repairing or protecting your skin barrier.

This is literally my skincare routine, but I don’t believe it could cure a lot of cystic acne. 🤗😁😬

I don’t think people understood his message. He never said this cured his acne or that these products would cure your acne. He said when his skin was at his worst this helped repair his skin barrier rather than further damaging it by applying loads of different products. When my acne got bad I brought serums, chemical exfoliants and toners but it just made it worse. When I saw this video I simplified my routine to just a cleanser, a moisturiser and an spf. It was super affordable and rebuilt my skin barrier which didn’t cure but calmed my acne a lot. I then rebuilt my routine and my acne stopped flaring up. Of course this alone will not help all types of acne as it often requires medication or lifestyle changes but it’s definitely something worth trying. He did say at the end of the video give it a try, hes not guaranteeing anything.

I've been working on my skin care for 4 years and discovered some methods that really help my facial skin appear great:
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. Put fresh Aloe Vera gel on your face prior to bed.
3. Wash your facial skin with normal water and use litllextra riiceberry face wash wich contains black rice water and use it twice a day.
4. Drink bitter gourd and lauki juice to cleanse the body.
5. Lastly, stay happy! Your skin looks better when you are happy inside.

Says the influencer notorious for using filters on his pics and videos *James Welsh featured him already on his past video* If you're acne prone though this won't help with the problem at all. You can do this routine when your skin is a bit irritated from all the chemical exfoliants or accutane. You still need chemical exfoliants people, trust me.

Cetaphil products are really good for acne. The first time I went to my dermatologist, they prescribed me to get the foam cleanser. It did help. But this type of products won’t help your skin on the long run. It’s great for teenagers but not anyone who constantly suffers from breakouts due to hormonal problems or other stuff. You need medication and stronger products. But for a starter, they’re good.

Cetaphil is good! I'm from Philippines and I use this in my daily routine. But yeah it's quite a lot expensive :')

Have nutritious food and have sufficient water. This aids all skin types to shine. Do keep in mind these throughout your day.
Celebs often discuss about having at least 8 glasses of water each day for healthy skin. It's a thing you can rely on.
Keep your face clear from dust and pollution. I understand it's not easy, but one have to try.
Clean the face with plain water first, then use some gentle face wash twice a day, in your morning and night. Also, rinse your face with water whenever you go out in your sun.
Use only gentle face wash like litlextra riceberry face wash.
Regularly wear sunscreen when one venture outdoors. It's essential.
Keep active. Take walks regularly.
These are my tips for glowing skin, founded on my experience. I hope they help you attain gorgeous, glowing skin that everyone admires!

The most affordable clean and kind skincare brand for sensitive skin is “simple”- best thing ever … their facewash and protecting light moisturizer (with spf ) is all what u need to get clear skin

I use gentle one and it doesn't help me so I use something stronger for acne and its helping me. Remember that it takes time and patience. I use to buy skincare products just because its popular and I didn't even realize that my skin doesn't want that for my acne. Buy what you need, not base on society. The products doesn't have to look pretty and luxurious. Just buy what is needed.

See loves he is right this routine will help you for a damaged disruptive skin barrier but for PIH you need to use actives as cetaphil alone isn't capable of removing neither pigmentation nor scars and keep in mind it is gonna take time skincare is no witchcraft. All the best and stay hydrated 🌻

Your promoting the products, I can sense that he done so many things to get that skin, You don't get to have that skin with cethaphil alone

Skincare routine isn’t helping your skin if you not taking care of your eating habits. Everything starts with a good diet and healthy lifestyle. Once your diet is balance, you will notice slightly change on your body and skin. Its not like magic, pufff! And you will be beautiful. It will take times, but trust me. It works, and cethaphil product isn’t that affordable.

I struggled with acne half of my life, I'm 20 now. I used all sorts of active ingredients and literally on God, everything in the market. I started using the Cetaphil gentle cleanser about 6 months ago, and the acne prone moisturizer from Cetaphil (the one with spf, not the one the guy showed) it cleared my acne within 4 months, I no longer have any active breakout, except 3 or 2 pimples when going on my periods. It cleared all my acne, literally all, however I am brown skinned, I'm left with dark marks, and Alot of them because I have been struggling with acne for a long time. The Cetaphil didn't help with clearing the acne scars but it for real helped with the acne. He did not lie about sticking to a simple routine!!

Edit, don't mind the bad grammar....

Please don't listen to this advice at all. You need to go to the dermatologist if you have moderate or severe acne. This simple routine can only be used if your skin is irritated by certain skincare products. Also, most dermatologists will prescribe benzoyl peroxide, tretinoin (which is 20 times more potent than retinol) and isotretinoin (accutane) to you if you have acne. These treatments are very irritating to the skin, but that doesn't mean they'll make your acne worse. In fact, they're the most researched treatments for acne and are considered very effective. I used to treat my acne with Benzoyl Peroxide, and i still do for maintenance. It works!
