I ask myself these questions every single day. I don't know how to move through these questions. Especially when no one else wants to support and explore this with me.

You so clearly define these questions that I struggle with constantly. It’s even a relief to hear this much. I’ll be waiting for your longer video. Thank you. With your help I’ve been able to make it through these past 10 months since losing my husband to cancer, and our son to sudden heart failure 2 years before.

Your guarantees are so true. I can't figure out who I am without my husband or how I can move forward. The future is so hazy. I look forward to your longer video.

My mom died by suicide in 2022. I still am grief stricken. She was my best friend and my life is just missing something without her. I cant find a way to fill that missing part. I just want to find a way to make a positive out of it if that makes sense..I find myself using alcohol more than ever to numb my pain 😔 life is tough lol. I am with all of you that are struggling! Good things are coming 🤞

Yes please. Also....how do I learn to trust myself again?

Yes.. all three. It was a question i asked a friend when she lost a son to suicide. How do you define yourself now? She said she hated the question "Do you have any children?" I said she's still a mum of two but one of them has died. She liked that.. it helped her I think. For me. I was a partner. Widow without a husband. I am here because of him and what he left me with. He's everywhere here. We moved together ut he's not here to talk to... and that is the constant pain of his loss...

I'm looking forward to the long version of the mental health, on why is grieve so confusing?

Not convinced about these questions personally. They have a place within the grief process but the first fundamental question is why, even when it is an anticipated death and even more so when not.
Guarantees is a trigger word dependent on how far in someone is in their grief journey. An alternative word could be 'experience'.

The loss of my sister (who lived in Toronto) has hit me as hard as both of my parents, I suppose because she was in my life longer. Living with someone who shows no empathy makes it worse.

Confirming all three and almost 6 months into the aftermath of loosing my husband and my big brother within 3 weeks of each other. Looking forward to where I’m going into the new phase of my life…
