This video was so encouraging to me. I do all my work on an 8x12 porch in a trailer park. Watching people with huge shops and amazing equipment can be a bit of a downer to someone who doesn't even have a shed to work in. Your attitude is so positive and adaptive coming from a huge "dream shop". I look forward to learning a ton from this channel and continuing gaining knowledge and tools! Also, welcome to Denver! I'm just a few hours away in Wyoming. You rock!

Thanks for another of your inspiring videos. To us Danes; the way you set up your workshops as well as the craftmanship, leaves us in the dust :) It`s great to have our big brothers from the US show us how it`s done. All though we have a long proud woodworking tradition, we are not deluded. We are a small country and need to look out the window :) Thanksss

Awesome Powermatic hardware! Reminds me of the beautiful 1935 equipped junior high shop class I was in back in 1992. That Powermatic equipment last two lifetimes!

Love the new shop and thanks for documenting how you set it up... its nice to see how a pro who makes a living in the shop would set it up for those of us who have a part time weekend warrior shop. Thanks!

Thanks Marc! I just moved to Austin, TX and got to bring my single-car woodshop over to a 2-car. The opportunity to create a new space and overcome obstacles has been a weeklong challenge so far. Your video helped me solidify some key setup ideas. Have a good time on the way to phase 2!

After watching this whole video, I came to the comments section to see if I could figure out what screw organizer Marc uses. Well this awesome guy puts a link to them in the description! I'm not subscribed to a lot of woodworking channels, but The Wood Whisperer is one that I'm glad to be subbed to! Thanks!

You are very lucky to just pick up and move Marc. I wish you and your family the best.

I dream off that much space. Really put together nicely. Not much lost from the dream shop.

I've loved watching this process and now this final reveal. Watching you set up shop and problem solve has given me lots of good thinking points as I develop my own shop.

Wow I can't imagine the work it was to move all those tools to a new place not counting the rest of the house. Grants for the new home.

Great Conversion, I too have been working on converting my 3 car garage to a workshop (in the two Car garage) and an office in the 1 Car bay. heat in Colorado can be a challenge but is doable as you have shown. Thanks for sharing and look forward to the projects

Nice shop. I have a new shop about 3/4 of that. I'm just finishing up the floor, installing wiring and will soon move in the equipment. So your tour gave me some ideas, thanks! I can't wait to get setup properly, organized, and making sawdust.

950 square feet is bigger than my house. I would love to have a shop that size. I love your videos and projects. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience with us.

Glad you got set up Mark. I need to re-organize my 2 car garage shop. You've given me some good ideas about it just showing us your shop. As always, I admire your work, and looking forward to new vids and projects.

We moved out of Phoenix too.  It was a great city to live in, but life took us another direction after having kids.  In fact, I downsized the shop, some tools, etc. and am quite happy with it.  That was my time of excess as well... Hope you enjoy the new location.

My current shop is a mess, unorganized and dirty due to my recent addiction to turning and SO busy as a pediatrician, I relax and unwind turning bowls but never seem to have enough time for organizing or more than basic cleanup. Moving in the near future and building a new “blank slate” shop so I want to do it right! This helps, thanks
