This is incredible, Canadian firefighters are the second highest paid world wide after US firefighters, both have the best and most modern equipment for firefighting, this shows us that it is not the equipment but rather human dexterity, what a shame.

In my country you don't see men running away from the fire, the men stayed to help the firefighters until the fire was extinguished. I can't believe what I'm seeing men running from the fire knowing that there are women in the fire department, it doesn't make sense.
