I always thought this kind of thing needed to be done in person? It’s very relaxing! I used to gather crystals but didn’t really use them, just liked having them, but recently I’ve been exploring lots of things, and have had my first reiki session which removed my anxiety, after a period of illness and treatment, I’ve gathered up a collection of crystals again and would like to know how to use them on myself.
