Alison is given four months to design the top floors of a city condo, but things get complicated when the city code requires a second exit. As a result, the project threatens to spiral out of control with heavy delays and a huge increase to the budget.

Interior designer Alison Victoria combines upscale design with a passion for her hometown as she buys and restores old homes in Chicago. For these neglected homes in historic neighborhoods, she works to restore dignity to the homes while adding more square footage, style and modern twists. But each house has a past, and she never knows what challenges lie hidden beneath the decades of paint and plaster. #HGTV #WindyCityRehab

Moroccan is easy peasy with MidCentury. It’s a natural combination.

Your house looks amazing! The mix of Moroccan and mid-century styles is fantastic. Enjoy your new place!

Well done, I caught myself smiling, from ear to ear, as you all walked through the final home.

You are a talent to be amazed by. Thx!

Oh that was beautiful, simple and practical, bright and airy, I like the main bedroom, I do like the bathroom, the kid room was so bright, so inviting, the living room was just perfect, this was a great renovation ❤.

11 months and 175 k. Outrageous! Laminate flooring and very basic design. I don't see any Moroccan influence there and honestly, I think she is ripping people left and right. This is my second show that I watch her designs and I'm hugely dissapointed. This is Walmart level. I'm glad that the owners like it.

My family were in Morocco on holiday April 2023 and loved it there. The people are so friendly and the colours are amazing, especially the vibrant tiles, rugs/carpets and glass lamp shades. Disappointingly this house has non of that Moroccan colour and vibrancy.

The white vanity in the main bathroom is the only thing in the entire design I like. The rest of the layout - OMG - where is the flow happening! No!

When they said mid century with Moroccan flair she was trying so hard to control her excitement

Hello. I'm watching an episode of you shopping in Aurora Illinois. That's where I live! And I'm stuck as far as decorating. I wonder if you can help me? The episode is midcentury modern with Moroccan twist. I would mid-century with afro-europeon twist. I'm so tired of being stuck. I would love to finish my living room once and for all as far as decorating. Can you help me. Will you help me?Thank you.

At least the bath looks Moroccan and mid-century.

Essentially the second story will go unused. I would have put a Spiral staircase with a lock gate at the bottom. You've Blocked the Glass the way You have it😮

I don't understand why they had to have the second egress. How horrible to cover up that window.

Step Up to step down while carrying groceries or anything. Welcoming guests with that entrance! Horrible.
