the Flame Guy's name is "Warren Peace" which is a play-on word of "War And Peace" so that's the reason he's such a conflicted Character. tbh it makes him the most thought out character in the whole movie

I love the scene with the bus leaving for Sky High, because one moment they're going off the edge of a bridge, and in the next shot they're entering the atmosphere, as bridges usually reach into orbit, as they do

I never thought Warren working at that restaurant implied he was ethnically Chinese in any way. My older brother (who is white and looks particularly "black Irish") also worked in a variety of restaurants as a server/busboy including a Chinese restaurant and picked up some "Kitchen Spanish" and "Kitchen Chinese" (I can't remember if it was Mandarin or Cantonese, but _probably_ Mandarin).
