Loved Sky High. Sadly, they would have to either recast Kelly Preston's character or have her as a plot line from she having died at the hands of a supervillain. That could also be a fitting tribute to her as well!

A sequel could deal with the death of Jet Stream and even allow for a redemption of Royal Pain by everyone having to come together to fight off a larger, cosmic threat to the entire world.

I Would love to see a sequel, this is a movie that’s ingrained into my child hood, literally my former favourite childhood movie, just like speed racer, if they ever make a sequel I think it’d be cool if Layla is the headmaster of Sky high and some of the former characters come back as their children go to sky high, obviously they should still be close as they all are friends, it’d be cool if the Gwen escapes prison with a couple people and then breaks out Warren peace’s Dad, this would be a cool way of making emotional turmoil within the movie

Edit: also after they escape they could kill Will Strongholds Mum, as the actress has passed

The real reason is Disney and Hollywood greed. The film made back double its budget, which is a major success for any film. But because it didn't break the 100 million mark, they wouldn't do another. So film franchises take time to build up. But they're too greedy wanting all the money at once.
