From "The Office": an American television mockumentary sitcom broadcast on NBC. The first wasn't identity theft. He never claimed on any documents or exchanges to be Dwight or made decisions in his name. Jim's pranks never broke any laws. Dwight, on the other hand, actually committed identity fraud and defamation in his attempt. As well as the other things.
