Says the guy who keeps weapons stashed around the office, brought his spud gun into work, pepper-sprayed Andy without provocation, fired a gun indoors while acting as interim manager, and started a fire in the office.

In retrospect, that designation should have stayed on his badge.

in the first scene, jim makes fun of dwight's middle name kurt
and in the episode where dwight has a concussion michael asks dwight's middle name which only jim knew
its a cool little detail but i love the writting on this show

I wish they had the one where Jim suggests they prank someone by screwing their desk drawer so it only opens 2 inches. And Dwight says that’s dumb and wouldn’t be annoying. So Jim does it to Dwight a little later on and Dwight’s plenty annoyed.
