I really wish Dwight would have later had callbacks to pranks he believed. Like when he was convinced Jim had psychic powers. It would have been hilarious if several seasons later Jim would have been reaching for something and struggling and Dwight could have said he should just use his powers. Or Dwight thinking he was about to go work for the CIA but he was compromised. He would have mentioned that at later job interviews.
