The mom trying to send Allison to mental institution so they can legally claim that she’s crazy and her mind is not stable enough to make a decision, this so the mom can have full custody of Allison, and doesn’t have to pay the ex husband child support. I mean Allison best friend mention that her family have butt load of money. So I’m guessing this why she ran away.

They need to investigate the mother. Something is wrong with her

I had a feeling the mother was acting weird from the interviews. After this story came out it makes sense now.

Investigate the cops that ignored her pleas to not go with her mom because she's abusive. Cops didn't care and tried to trick her to come out of her house

Kid ran away to live with the father, not with the mother. Stupid court system.

The only important person in this story is Alison.

She ran away after she was forced to go back to her abusive mother or be put in state custody. The judge in their custody case needs to revoke the moms temporary custody order and grant the dad full custody

It's crazy how an intelligent 15 year old's rights to parental preference and communication of abuse of the other parent is taken lightly. To the point that a subjective (perhaps financially influenced) judge and aggressive officers are forcefully scaring her to meet with a Psychiatric Evaluator to be institutionalized against her will per the request of the abusive mom, and order of the judge.

Let me repeat... 15 years old, communicating being unsafe from mom, clearly traumatized, yet still very cognitive of her decision, yet they want to force her to be institutionalized and incapacitated to force her to go to an abusive environment.

Here's the kicker... Law Enforcer says that she is under 18 and does not have the capacity to have a choice to refuse the court order... YET CALIFORNIA is allowing 8 to 12 year old pre-teens with actual mental health issues to be groomed by State and County School Officials (against their parents will) to have the capacity to permanently mutilate their bodies when they aren't even fit to make these kinds of irreversible decisions. And if the parents aren't supportive of the Affirmation BS, they can be taken away from their homes and parents.

What a backwards world. California 2024… Ironic isn’t it?

complete failure of the judicial, family court, and law enforcement... such a tragedy that this little girl was failed by so many grown ups. It appears her mother suffers from NPD. We need to do better in listening to children. How the hell are our schools expected to let children make gender affirming decisions when we don't even listen to them about child abuse by their mothers.
