Notice Alison is placed in the custody of a family friend? Why is that if the mom was given full custody of Alison by the court? Is it because the mom was abusing her? If the mom was abusing Alison then the court was negligent giving custody to the mom and the dad did what he did to protect his daughter. I hope this will keep the dad from prison.

This is so sad, he was trying to protect his daughter like a good father should! The video of Alison crying and saying she doesn't want to with her mother to be COMMITTED should tell you lots. She was scared and crying and the cops were just ignoring her pleas for help. The judge who gave custody of Alison to her abusive mother should be investigated along with Alison's lawyer who is supposed to be there to represent Alison not the mother. They wanted her committed for what? Maybe to keep her quiet? She was headed to a news station to tell her story, why? We should all be praying for and supporting Alison. There is something very wrong with this whole situation and she is stuck in the middle suffering unnecessarily.
