■Eggplant Steak

▼Ingredients for 2
300g Eggplant
3tbsp Oil
Salt
Chopped leek

♦︎Sauce
10g Ginger
10g Green onion
1tbsp Sesame oil
1tbsp Water
1tbsp Vinegar
1tbsp Soy sauce
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Oyster sauce

▼How to cook
⑴Cut Eggplants
⑵Add Oil into the pan and Fry ⑴ until tender
⑶Sprinkle Salt on ⑴ and Remove them
⑷Add Sesame oil into the pan
⑸Fry Ginger, Green onion and Add seasonings（Cook for 20 sec）
⑹Enjoy!
