Hi Antonio, I would like to add a few:
1. Do not listen to respond, listen to understand.
2. Listen more then you talk (accept for when your opinion is asked for of course)
3. Ask, ask, ask. People, at least from my view, now a days do things without asking. For example giving your opinion when its not asked for. Not to say you always have to be asked first. But it can come over very pushy in some ways. Ask if you can give somebody a tip instead of just throwing it out there. I think its just more polite that way.
4. Keep eye contact, very important to me.
5. Always be honest, also when its not pretty to be honest. It shows character. Honesty is the most important thing to me.

I am a woman and practice every single thing you've mentioned in this video, most men around me don't.
Sadly, people have lost respect for one another in today's society.
While out at the market today, in my way outside a store (while holding lots of grocery bags) I held the door open for the woman coming out behind me... not only did she not say thank you, but didn't even have the curtesy to acknowledge the fact that I held the door for her. Nevertheless, I'd do it all over again because I want to believe that all humanity isn't yet lost.

I heard once that; "the Definition of a Gentleman, is someone who makes the people around him feel comfortable" - and when I say "class" I'm not referring to pretentious snobbery; I mean the "Golden Rule" or treat others the way you want them to treat you, that's what chivalry is all about ....

The important rule that I learned (thank goodness) when I was 18 and just finishing high school: PRAISE IN PUBLIC, COMPLAIN IN PRIVATE. And even if someone is really messing up and they come to the realization that they are messing up, allow them to save face.
