I have two participants and when i fill the form they all come in one row. I want the 2nd participant details on different row. like one below the previous name. Is this possible? Also want to generate a Project number in series. How to do that?

I see no use of this other than helping google advance their programs and collect information. No really what is the use of this ? creating a form with fileds to send through email to collect information instead of plain text? are we serious ? Can I use this form for my website? no so what is the use of this ?
