I have the hardest time to clean my nose on the 3rd stage of a flu when you have really bad sinus problems. I figure since sneezing makes me teary and it creates a lot of snot, it would help me to get rid of my flu disguting snots out more easily. And it did.

I just tried this with a qtip and black seed oil. I sneezed for an hour and it relieved all the sinus pressure. life is good again.

Bright lights, or breathing in while looking in the direction of a bright light, works for me. It might be worth a try if anyone has troubles getting this to work.

Qtip to sneeze the majority of the gune out, then saline irrigation to soothe the irritated sinuses. Helps unclog ears from certain ear infections as well! But as always listen to your body when it needs a break!

If you cannot be bothered rolling that shit up, do what I do. Either use the inside of a pen (the thing that stores the ink) or use the ends of draw strings on a hoodie or whatever. Drawstrings work better in my case

I do this. Is it normal? It feels pretty good after about 10. Amazing how much snot is in there and makes me think I'm doing something good. I connect snot to being sick so I keep going.
