Very cool info. Much of the grocery products will keep for many years, so possibly only the volatile ones would need to be replaced every other year or so, such as the flour and oil. Of course we should have tons of canned soup which will keep for 20 years easy.

I always keep about a 2-year supply of food in my pantry. And I tell you what, when covid hit, I didn't need to go shopping for a single thing, for MONTHS, and it was really nice to not have to go out among the public.

One little difference in my prepping style - I rely far far more on the dry starches: beans, rice, pasta, oat groats, lentils, et cetera, and less on the fats and meats. I also have lots of dehydrated greens, parsley, spinach, kale, as well as bell peppers and chile powders for vitamins A and C. I also like to stock sprouting seeds, broccoli, alfalfa, mustard, lentils, chickpeas, so I can grow little veggies if I ever want them.

Did u not hear, the nuclear family does nor exist anymore. This has been done and 3000 calories for a physical work male. If you have other u have a buffer . Hopefully u will reach people
