Sir a quick question! The “school” mentioned here is a college or university right and not a normal high school or a government public school. One more question is this only possible for students or tourists over 18? Or can a minor come in tourist visa who has local guardians in the country and can possibly change the purpose of visit?

sir I have f1 visa as an international student. I had problems with the immigration they said I entered too early for my f1 visa. I should have a visitor visa first which I don’t have. That’s why they gave me a waiver and said I need to go out of the country like going to canada or mexico before it expires and change or update my status and re-enter again before fall semester starts
