Assasins' sneak attack is a high damage attack, but it also has a chance to instakill. Just like musketeers. Which his "sniper shot" that has double the range of the actual tower, more damage and has a chance to instakill. Also i think sorcerer from kr1 (the yellow one) has an ability called metamorph which is also considered an instakill since after the enemy turns into a sheep, you can tap the sheep like 8 times (just like the natural sheep around the map) and they will just die
