You can also use rubbing alcohol for thinner paper. Just use a very, very small amount on yiur q-tip

Bro but it can only be used on thick drawing sheets.
If used in normal drawing paper it can convert it from opaque to translucent.

Pencil colour can blend with pencil colour this technique you try on first attempt will used in oil pastels
